As part of the Mirror’s Bartender Summit, held from September 9–12, 2025, leading international bartenders had the opportunity to visit TATRATEA and experience our distillery and products firsthand.

The Summit began in the High Tatras, where participants enjoyed an iconic hike from Štrbské Pleso to Popradské Pleso and stayed at the legendary Grand Hotel Kempinski. Later, the bartenders had the chance to taste traditional Slovak cuisine and explore local treasures, including our herbal liqueur TATRATEA. The highlight of the Tatra program was a tasting dinner at the award-winning restaurant Gašperov Mlyn, where participants appreciated the unique flavors and character of TATRATEA, HERBERRY GIN, and KAVALERO Coffee Liqueur, paired under the guidance of our brand ambassador Rusty Cerven.

From the Tatras, the Summit moved to Bratislava, where on September 11 the guest shifts of world-class bartenders took place at the Mirror Bar in the Carlton Hotel. Participants included representatives from top bars such as Alquimico from Cartagena, Bar Us from Bangkok, Line from Athens, and the iconic Lyaness from London.

The entire Summit provided a unique opportunity to connect the international bar elite with local Slovak traditions. Guests were able not only to taste TATRATEA but also to learn its story and its place in Slovak gastronomy.

The Mirror’s Bartender Summit once again confirmed that Slovakia can host the world’s top bartenders and showcase unique products with an authentic story – and TATRATEA was honored to be a part of it.
