Change of TATRATEA Distributor in the Czech Republic

We would like to announce a new distribution partnership for the Czech market with Stock Plzeň-Božkov. Starting January 1, 2026, Stock Plzeň-Božkov will officially manage the distribution of TATRATEA in the Czech Republic, one of the region’s leading spirits companies.

The Czech Republic has long been one of TATRATEA’s most important international markets. Consumers there have shown a strong appreciation for premium spirits, and the country’s historical and cultural ties to Slovakia make it a natural extension of TATRATEA’s home success. Partnering with Stock Plzeň-Božkov brings TATRATEA a powerful distribution network and extensive market expertise.

“We are excited to start our cooperation with Stock Plzeň-Božkov,” said Erik Semaňák, CEO and owner of KARLOFF. “Their experience and market strength make them the ideal partner to further develop TATRATEA in the Czech Republic. We believe this partnership will help us reach new consumers and ensure long-term growth. At the same time, we are grateful to Global Wines & Spirits for many years of partnership and their contribution to our business in this important market.”

Michal Jakl, Marketing Director of Stock Plzeň-Božkov, added:

“TATRATEA is an iconic brand with strong recognition and authenticity, which makes it a natural fit within our portfolio. Its innovative character and premium positioning resonate perfectly with today’s consumers. We are truly looking forward to working with the KARLOFF team to bring new energy to the brand in the Czech market and unlock its full potential.”

This strategic move marks another important milestone in TATRATEA’s international expansion. It strengthens the brand’s presence in Central Europe and opens new opportunities for growth in Western markets.

In addition to TATRATEA, Stock Plzeň-Božkov will also distribute other brands from the KARLOFF portfolio – HERBERRY GIN and KAVALERO coffee liqueur, both successfully launched on the Slovak market earlier this year.
